Uncanny is a small batch coffee roaster located in the Fairmount neighborhood of Fort Worth, Texas. After 14 years working for others in the coffee industry, we are excited to start our own adventure once again, and hope to have you along for the ride!

We roast under the Cottage Food Law of Texas, which is a fancy way of saying we roast out of our home. Unfortunately, this limits where and how we sell our coffee. Foods produced under Cottage Food Law can only be sold or delivered in person, so we cannot ship directly to you if you purchase online.

With your support, we hope to open a cafe within the next one to two years. If you’d like a bag of Uncanny Coffee in the meantime, please reach out or find us a market near you.
